Image viewer compatibility check

Use this page to check whether ActiveX and/or Java are available to view images (Please note that ActiveX cannot be chosen during registration due to a number of customers having difficulties using it. If required, it can be chosen after registration via the My Details page.)

If neither of the image viewers seem to work:

  • Check the Security settings of your browser to allow ActiveX controls and/or Java applets to run. If you do have to change your security settings, remember to close all of your browser windows before checking again.
  • Make sure that applications like SurfinGuard® from Finjan software allow these controls/applets, or are disabled.
